Conformal coatings on ceramic materials

Our processes are compatible with a wide range of ceramic and RF-transparent materials. We apply custom patterned coatings to RF antennas and components, delivering performance that withstands Mach speeds and temperatures up to 1,000 °C.

We design and manufacture the tooling to apply our coatings to almost any component shape, including concave, convex, asymmetric, ogive, and doubly curved surfaces. 

EMI grids for complex enclosures and windows

Our EMI analysis software predicts electromagnetic transmission performance, enabling optimization through metal-stack selection, grid geometry, and ultra-narrow line widths, even across large, irregular surfaces.
